My Story

"I have been a therapist since I was a child... the middle of 5, facilitator, mediator, listener. Reframing  hardships into opportunity has allowed me to help others. I have a passion for child development and  especially enjoy educating new parents about their littles. Most of my work today is with individuals. Although I love teens, I believe there are others better gifted to work in this area."

"The metaphors rooted in ballroom dance and singing, two of my hobbies,  are useful in my work . My goal is to help you gain greater clarification, integration and more peace."

My orientation is rooted in systems and incorporates a Christian world view. 

My perfect world consists of devoted parents, fair and open minded adults, empathic humans and great listeners.
